Located between the two main streets in the centre of Sevilla, the apartment is quiet and private.
The apartment is very quiet, despite being located between the two most important pedestrian streets of Sevilla.
The apartment gives you the perfect place to visit the city, experience its intimate neighbourhoods and explore its historical sites on foot. No need for the bus or metro, we are located right in the centre of the city.
Within walking distance from the apartment you will find everything you need:  grocery shops, restaurants, cafés, bars and popular tourist sites.
Heated and air conditioned, the apartment has a rooftop terrace where you can take in the sun and enjoy the beautiful views of the city.


THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
The apartment is situated in an historical area with exquisite architecture. Close to both the Metropol Parasol de la Encarnacion as well as the main pedestrian shopping streets Calle Sierpes and Cuna; the neighbourhood is surrounded by plazas and churches. The neighbourhood offers you the most authentic visitor experience, whilst being located near all the main historical monuments and other points of interest.


The apartment is located less than a one minute walk from the main commercial/shopping areas and department stores of Sevilla including El Corte Ingles, La Campana, and calle Tetuán and Sierpes… as well as the principal monuments such as the Cathedral (3 minute walk), la Giralda (3 minutes), Barrio Santa Cruz (5 minutes) and la Plaza de Espana (15 minutes). Fantastic to visit Sevilla throughout the year, and especially during Holy Week (Semana Santa) and the Feria de Sevilla (April), allowing you to experience these festivals nearby the event locations.With easy access to the neighbourhoods along the Guadalquivir River, you will be located near the Isla Magica theme park, Triana, as well as the Plaza de Armas bus terminal. Only a 5 minute walk from the Alameda, one of the most alternative and bohemian ‘hoods, known for its patio culture and gay-friendly bars.


Although very centrally located, the area around the apartment is peaceful and has a laid-back atmosphere. On Sundays you can visit the painter’s market in la Plaza del Museo, where local artists display and sell their works. Many of Sevilla’s best tapas bars are located in this area. We can provide you with recommendations on where to go to experience this food culture, for example the Blanco Cerrillo on Sierpes or Las Columnitas near the cathedral. If you are looking for a more hip atmosphere to drink and eat tapas outdoors, try the Plaza del Salvador.


Steps away from the apartment you can find a variety of grocery shops, fruit and vegetable stands, bakeries, pastry shops as well as supermarkets, etc.


TAXI: the nearest taxi stand is in the Plaza del Duque, a 2 minute walk away. BUS: Plaza del Duque, routes 13, 14 and C5. Plaza de la Encarnación (2 minutes away) routes 27, 32 and 2. Calle Torneo, routes C1, C2, C3, C4 and 6.
Sevici municipal bike rental: multiple stations within 5 minutes walk. Metro Centro station: 3 minutes away.
