ESPAÑOL A TODOS NUESTROS ALUMNOS Bienvenido a la Academia de Baile Flamenco Ángel Atienza. Enhorabuena por haberte decidido a acudir a nuestro Centro. Desde este momento toda la organización se pone a tu servicio. Los profesores, con gran vocación y larga experiencia en la enseñanza, pondrán todo su empeño en que las clases te resulten más fáciles y amenas. Colabora con ello, asistiendo a clases con regularidad y prestando tu mayor atención. En oficina, se te atenderá con todo lo que sea de su competencia y aclaración de cualquier duda que te pueda surgir. El director de esta Academia, queda igualmente a tu disposición, agradeciéndote consultes con el cuantas cuestiones quieras plantear. Recibe un afectuoso saludo. NORMAS DE RÉGIMEN INTERIOR 1. Las clases serán dirigidas por Ángel Atienza y por un equipo de profesores calificados, no siendo exclusiva la obligación de los directores de impartir las clases. En caso de ausencia del profesor titular de la clase, la Academia garantiza que la clase se impartirá por un profesor calificado. 2. En atención a criterios de oportunidad y conveniencia, la Academia se reserva el derecho de cambiar los días y los horarios de las clases. 3. Los alumnos pueden cambiar de horario sólo cuando lo gestionen directamente en la Secretaría. 4. Hay tres formas de pago: Clase suelta (el alumno viene cuando puede y abona las clases antes de entrar en el aula), Paquete de clases (el alumno informa y paga los días exactos que vendrá y estos no se pueden cambiar ni pueden ser cancelados) y Mensualidad (forma más económica, el alumno paga todo el mes y tiene la opción de venir cuando quiera). 5. Para asistir a clases mensuales, deberá efectuarse el pago durante la primera semana de cada mes. Las clases sueltas se pagarán antes de tomar la clase. 6. El pago de la modalidad de clases elegidas expira fuera del mes contratado. 7. Las faltas de asistencia del alumno no darán derecho a recuperación o reintegro alguno del pago efectuado. 8. No se admiten devoluciones. 9. Las clases se realizarán con un mínimo de tres personas. 10. Las clases empiezan en su horario (puntualmente). Si hay sólo 2 alumnos para dar la clase, esta se suspende. El alumno tiene tres opciones: utilizar el estudio en ese horario, tomar otra clase para reemplazar la clase suspendida o ser abonado por la clase que no se ha dado (se divide el total pagado entre el número de clases que toma, y se le devuelve el importe de una clase). 11. Las fotos y los reportajes sólo se admiten si son previamente autorizados por el Director Ángel Atienza. 12. Los alumnos que quieran asistir a clases privadas, deberán gestionarlo previamente en la Secretaría y comunicarlo al profesor o profesores. 13. Los estudios pueden ser alquilados por los alumnos para ensayar, previo pago por adelantado. En caso que no se comparezca no se reintegrará el monto abonado. 14. En los estudios no se puede fumar ni entrar con alimentos y vasos. 15. Los alumnos son responsables de sus pertenencias en todo el momento de su estancia en la escuela y en cualquier parte de nuestras instalaciones. Rogamos no dejen sus objetos sin vigilancia, pues ésta escuela no se responsabiliza bajo ningún concepto de la pérdida, extravío, robo o deterioro de los mismos. Teachers, with great dedication and long experience in teaching, will make the effort to make each class easier and more enjoyable. Collaborate with it, attending classes regularly and providing your greatest attention. In office, we will serve you with all we can, clarifying any questions you may have. The director of this Academy is also available to help you with any doubt. Receive a warm greeting. RULES OF THE SCHOOL 1. The classes will be led by Ángel Atienza and a team of qualified teachers. In the absence of the professor, the Academy ensures that the class will be taught by a qualified teacher. 2. The Academy reserves the right to change the days and time of classes. 3. If the students want to change their Schedule, must ask at the office to manage that. 4. There are three payment options: Single Class (student comes when can and pays classes before entering at the classroom), Pack of classes (student say at the office the exact days that will come. These days can not be changed nor can be canceled) and Monthly (most economical way, the student pays all month and can come whenever wants). 5. To attend monthly classes, the payment shall be made during the first week of each month. The single classes will be paid before taking the class. 6. Chosen classes’ modality payment expires in the end of the month. 7. Student's absences will not lead to the recovery or reimbursement of any payment made. 8. There are no refunds. 9. Classes will be held with a minimum of 3 people. 10. Classes start on time. If there is only 2 students to take the class, this is suspended. The student has three options: use the studio at that time, take another class to replace the suspended class or be paid by the class that has not occurred (divide the total paid by the number of classes he/she takes, and the amount of a class is returned). 11. Photos and videos are only allowed if they are previously authorized by the Director Ángel Atienza. 12. Students who want to attend private class, first must manage it in the office, and then we notify the teacher or teachers. 13. Studios can be rented by students. The payment is in advance. In case that the student does not come, the amount paid is not refunded. 14. It's not allowed smoke and enter with food and glasses in the studios. 15.
